DATA

The data falls into three main categories:

1. Casual responses

2. Public workshop responses

3. Validated company responses

Organizations that go on to subscribe to the full diagnostic and global survey are committed to using the diagnostic seriously and gaining benefit from it. They appoint a Survey leader who oversees the responses from a representative sample of internal respondents. Most hold a workshop to review the results and edit the data if required after the event. Their responses are consolidated and validated by the Survey leader. This data will be used to produce the ‘authoritative’ research results including the correlations referred to above. IBM will have sole access to the anonymous results of the analysis of this data (but not the actual data from individual respondents or their companies). IBM will publish these results in the IBM Annual Global Performance Management Report and they will be made available to your organization if you participate.
