Tailor them in three ways!

1. Content - You can decide the questions and what goes into the reports.

2. Language - The questionnaires and the reports can be in any language.

3. Access - Your company’s email domain and the workshop access codes you set are used to give access to your people, and prevent unauthorized access.

REPORTS

The reports can be classified in a number of different ways. The reports table gives these details for each of the most commonly used reports.

1. Type of data
2. Type of processing

3. Purpose of report

There are five main categories of report by purpose:

  1. Data submission - Usually after completing a questionnaire, the system prepares a report and sends it immediately to the person who submitted the data so that they can check the results and edit them if necessary.
  2. Workshop results - Usually prepared after all respondents have submitted their data, to show how they compare with an alternative model based on ‘Beyond Budgeting’ principles and the current models of the other respondents.
  3. Survey results - Similar to the workshop results, but using the global survey data and including much more detailed analysis. The survey report is sent to the survey leader, not the survey workshop members.
  4. Leader reports – These are for validation and evaluation of the results.
  5. IBM global research results - These are special reports for use by the researchers only.

4. Size
5. Recipient
