Step 1 provides three main reports and involves:

As individuals, you (and your colleagues) can use the abbreviated version of the diagnostic free of charge to look holistically at the management model of the organization you work for, make an indicative case for change, and test the diagnostic. After completing the questionnaire you will receive your report within a few minutes.
