CASE FOR CHANGE

Subscribe for a year to the full BBRT diagnostic and global survey including the research sponsored by IBM

  • Form with others a representative view of your management model
  • Evaluate in detail the case for change and your readiness for it

Step 2 provides four main reports and involves:

1. Benefits of the full diagnostic and global survey

  • Support to strategy - The diagnostic tests the extent to which your current management model supports the achievement of your strategic goals
  • Deeper insights - The greater number of questions in the diagnostic (compared with the FREE version) enables greater precision in pinpointing problems and opportunities for improvement
  • More on tools - The importance and effectiveness of six decision support tools is assessed.
  • Stronger challenge - Involving a representative sample of opinion across the organization and an in-house workshop enables a stronger challenge to the current model
  • External benchmarking - Using the average results of the representative sample and data input by the workshop leader to the global survey enable external benchmarking
  • Research results - In addition you will share in the results of the global performance management research sponsored by IBM.
