Step 2 provides four main reports and involves:

1. Benefits of the full diagnostic and global survey
2. Representative’s workshop report

3. Survey workshop leader’s report
4. Global benchmarking report
5. IBM performance management research report

 

Each year IBM and the BBRT will analyse the (anonymous) data collected in the global survey and draw conclusions from it, which will be published in the ‘IBM annual global performance management research report’. This will include correlations among the data to learn what impact a company’s choice of management model has on its competitive performance. Global survey participants will receive a summary of these conclusions free of charge.
