  • Form with others a representative view of your management model
  • Evaluate in detail the case for change and your readiness for it
  • Benchmark your model externally
  • Share in IBM’s global research

Step 2 provides four main reports and involves:

1. Benefits of the full diagnostic and global survey
2. Representative’s workshop report

3. Survey workshop leader’s report
4. Global benchmarking report
5. IBM performance management research report
6. Next steps

 

If your organization decides to implement changes, you may decide to hold workshops to involve key managers across the organization in the change process to help build a groundswell of support for it. You may also wish to use the data across the organization in an in-house survey to compare practices. Step 3 is designed for these purposes.
