A big PLUS!

Both the global survey workshop and any additional workshops you decide to run can be administered on-line directly by the workshop leader. This enables the leader to manage the process directly, rather than through a third party.

Step 3

ROLL-OUT

Use the diagnostic to support your change process with workshops and tailored company-wide surveys

(Fee £250 per workshop, about US$400)

  • Workshop member's report*
  • Workshop leader's report*

Involve people in developing your new model and build a groundswell of support for implementing it.

Reports marked * may be edited and re-run as many times as you require

Step 3 provides two main sets of reports for (1) in-house workshops and (2) company-wide surveys:

1. In-house workshop reports

If you wish to take the development of your management model further, you may decide to hold workshops to involve key managers across the organization in the change process to:

  1. Give them the opportunity to contribute to the development of the new management model
  2. Help build a groundswell of support for it.

Workshop participants are invited to complete the diagnostic before the workshop. They receive their individual reports immediately, and the supplementary workshop report a few days before the workshop is held. Each workshop member’s supplementary report is prepared individually and shows how their views compare with the (anonymous) range of views of the other members. During the workshop the reports help to identify the key issues and trigger discussion around them. Use of the diagnostic leads to better understanding and closer agreement on conclusions. Additional workshops will usually use a different, less detailed diagnostic than the one used in the global survey.

As in Step 2, the workshop leader is able to administer the workshop using screens that he or she can access directly. These show the workshop participants who have logged into the system and the dates on which they completed their questionnaires. The leader decides when to run the workshop supplementary reports. In addition there is a workshop leader’s report that gives the maximum amount of information (anonymously) and analysis from the data in the system. This helps the leader to run the workshop and avoids overburdening the members with too much detail. A more detailed version of the workshop member’s report is available.

2. Company-wide survey reports
