A big PLUS!

Both the global survey workshop and any additional workshops you decide to run can be administered on-line directly by the workshop leader. This enables the leader to manage the process directly, rather than through a third party.

ROLL-OUT

Use the diagnostic to support your change process with workshops and tailored company-wide surveys

(Fee £250 per workshop, about US$400)

  • Workshop member's report*
  • Workshop leader's report*

Involve people in developing your new model and build a groundswell of support for implementing it.

Reports marked * may be edited and re-run as many times as you require

Step 3 provides two main sets of reports for (1) in-house workshops and (2) company-wide surveys:

1. In-house workshop reports
2. Company-wide survey reports

If you are a large group with multiple business units in different countries, markets and products, you can use the BBRT diagnostic and global survey tool to run a specifically tailored company-wide performance management review. You can compare the models of different business units across the company. The results of this survey will help you and your people to decide on the extent of change required in your management models.

You can choose whether to run the survey at the individual or business unit levels. The advantage of the individual approach is that it is easier and quicker (i.e. It is like running a single company-wide workshop), while the advantage of the business unit level approach is that the results are more reliable as they use the representative sample approach that is used in the global survey (See Step 2).The contents of the survey report will depend on the approach used (i.e. individual or business unit).

The survey reports show either the individual results or the business unit’s results. These are compared with

  1. An alternative model based on ‘Beyond Budgeting’ principles
  2. The range of results for the whole company, and
  3. The range of results for subsets within the company, such as countries, markets, product groups, size groups, and functional groups.

You can decide the questions, the analysis of results, the contents of the reports, what languages you require, and who receives which reports.
