Overview - STEPS

 

The diagnostic is a vital first step towards adopting the alternative model. It helps you look holistically at your current model and tailor a solution that meets your company’s specific circumstances and strategic goals. This is the preferred approach because partial solutions have mostly failed and there will never be a package solution. In this section we describe:

  • The aims of the BBRT diagnostic and global survey
  • How the data from the web based questionnaires is used
  • The three steps in which you can engage in the process: Step 1, Step 2, and Step 3
